Infinity Percussion ships worldwide.
For countries outside of the European Union VAT is not included in the price. For such orders, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed by their country of origin.
ALL ORDERS ARE PRE-PAID.
The order processing time may take between 10-20 working days.
Shipping time may vary depending on the content and the destination.
Infinity Percussion does not take the responsibility for the damages to the package caused by a third party during shipment.
Infinity Percussion does not take the responsibility for items which have left our facilities, or any costs which may occur after that.
Warranty/Return & Exchange Policy
Infinity Percussion gives each customer a warranty period of 14 days after receiving the product .
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods
Note that we do not accept return for orders which are customized, for example differing handle length and/or personal engravings and grip units on products.
We do not accept return of orders which were made for testing/trying out purposes, if a customer wishes to test our products he/she could contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and schedule a test set delivery.
We do not accept returns of IP Outlet products
For order cancellation please contact us (NG Style LTD, Ananas Kamenarov Str. 11, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, E-Mail: email@example.com) and explain to us shortly about your decision to cancel your order (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is important that you send us an Email or a message concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period of 14 days after receiving the goods has expired.
If you cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement if the goods are damaged by you after receiving them back from you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You are obliged to send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us, delayed goods will be not accepted.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to cancel
The right to cancel is excluded for custom orders - goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
The right to cancel does not apply for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or if they are delivered unsealed.
The right to cancel does not apply for customers outside the EU.
Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
